Northwest Florida State College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award Bachelor and Associate degrees, certificates and diplomas. Your educational goals will determine which admission steps you should complete in order to attend Northwest Florida State College. Our open door admissions policy, means any individual who is no longer enrolled in the K-12 system and is at least 16 years old* may be admitted to NWF State College. In general, new students may be admitted at any time during the year. However, some NWF State College programs have a once per year admissions period, limited access, or additional admissions requirements. NWF State College college-credit courses are also open to those who do not intend to complete a degree or certificate and who wish to enroll for personal interest or professional development. *Dual Enrollment, the Northwest Florida State College Collegiate High School, and other programs offer college credit opportunities for high school age students.
