Eligibility: Okaloosa Public School Students
Dual Enrollment
- Cumulative weighted GPA of 3.5 or above, or the recommendation of the principal and the approval of the college if the WGPA is less than 3.5
- High School juniors and seniors (11th and 12th grade) may participate throughout the year (fall, spring and summer terms) both during school hours or after school hours. Students may enroll in college classes offered at any Northwest Florida State College campus or in college-classes offered on-site at high school locations.
- Sophomore students (10th grade) may participate after school hours during the school year (fall and spring terms) or during the summer term. Students may enroll in college classes offered at any Northwest Florida State College campus or in college-classes offered on-site at high school locations.
- All students must pass the appropriate subtest of a State approved college placement test (ACT, SAT, FCPT) if enrolling in a college English, math, reading, or Gordon Rule social science or humanities course, or any course which requires English, math, or reading as a prerequisite.
