Student Government Association

Andy Gillman, a native of Milligan, was the first president of the OWJC Student Government Association. Elected to serve with him were George Atwell as vice president and senators John Spivey, Mark Hopkins, Judy Dalton, Henry Son, Frank Owens, Ronald Guy, Dan Bond, and Terry Gordon.
