The essay portion of the CLAST exam is offered in paper/pencil format once each semester. Northwest Florida State College students enrolled in a degree-seeking program may register to take this exam during the regular registration period each semester. Refer to the listing below for testing dates and registration deadlines. There is no charge to take the Essay exam. Students that are required to take CLAST in order to receive their degree at another Florida institution, must have written permission from that institution prior to registering for any portion of the CLAST exam.
