EMS Programs
Thank you for considering EMS Education at Northwest Florida State College. I am excited about your interest in this rewarding and challenging career field. The EMS Programs faculty are dedicated to your goal of becoming an Emergency Medical Technician. We realize that you are making a big commitment by considering Emergency Medical Services.
You will start your path in our modern classrooms where you will receive solid academic preparation. We will put that knowledge to practical application in our labs utilizing high-tech equipment and training aids. You will then be given the opportunity to take this training into real world applications in local Emergency Departments and with Emergency Medical Service ambulances. You might have the opportunity to help save a life while learning to do just that. Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics save lives and help those that are in need. You will also graduate the program with additional training that you will help you to secure employment. This is a career field that is every bit as rewarding as it is challenging and I invite you to take the challenge.
