OWC has traditionally offered classes with tuition rates at or near the lowest in the state. The upper division tuition ranges at OWC for the 2006-2007 year is $69.48 per credit hour. The tuition rate for the bachelor's degree programs and upper division courses are significantly lower than that charged by public and private universities in the state.

The usual forms of state and federal financial aid are available to qualifying students, including Military Tuition Assistance, Pell grants, Stafford Loans, Veteran's Assistance, OWC student loans and the Florida Student Assistance Grants. Students seeking state or federal aid will need to complete the "Free Application for Federal Student Aid." Those who plan to begin a program of study should submit the FAFSA as soon as possible after receiving their most recent W-2 tax notice. Information on the FAFSA, as well as an online submission option is available at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/

A number of unique local scholarship opportunities specific to the baccalaureate programs are available to qualifying students through the OWC Foundation.
